I bought this product about a year ago, ran it 4 times during 2010 and approximately 6 times in 2011 and the primer bulb no longer functions. Product failure after 10 uses is below my product functionality specification.
I am issuing Corrective Action Request number 11-061001 because of this quality issue, as outlined in ISO9001:2008
Please respond to this Corrective Action Request with your corrective action within 10 days.
